Soliciting/Peddling Permits

The Town of Mint Hill requires that all peddlers, canvassers and solicitors apply for a permit before going door to door. The application process is administered by the Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division. Applicants must submit to a criminal history check before permits are issued, which include a photo of the permit holder, and must always be worn by the applicant when making contact with the public.
