Mint Hill

Wilgrove-Mint Hill Road Sidewalk

About the Project
In 2009, the Town of Mint Hill received $300,000 in Federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds to build a sidewalk from Matthews-Mint Hill Road to the Wilgrove Park along Wilgrove-Mint Hill Road. The town, along with contractors and the North Carolina Department of Transportation, completed this project in May 2010. The sidewalk is now a popular spot where you can find pedestrians throughout the day!
