Roll-out household garbage service to start for all Mint Hill citizens. Beginning the week of July 7, 2008, residents who currently have back yard pick-up will be provided with a roll-out container which should be placed at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on the morning of your pick-up. Your collection day will remain the same. A flyer will be provided with your cart with information about the service.
If you are unable to roll your cart to the curb because of a disability, please call to make other arrangements. If you have more garbage than your cart will hold, please put it in bags and place it with your cart at the street.
This new service will standardize collection and be more cost effective for the Town. R.C.S. will continue providing this service, along with recycling and yard waste.
